Our Mission
Trinity's Blackbox Collective is a philosophy‑of‑tech and STEM discussion group. We aim to create a space that is accessible, judgment‑free, and rooted in first‑principles thinking. Our gatherings invite participants to engage critically with the social, political, and ethical dimensions of emerging technologies.
Discussion Format
- 15 minutes: Arrival, chatting, and settling in
- 60 minutes: Guided discussion on a key theme
- Up to 45 minutes: Open Q&A, reflections, and wrap‑up
Approach
Our collective is led by students and young professionals passionate about technology and its wider societal impact. We encourage curiosity, respectful debate, and collaborative exploration of big ideas. Whether you’re new to philosophy or deeply engaged in tech, you’ll find a welcoming community here.
